Mechanical Coated Gloves

    information to be updated

Product Introduction: Mechanical coated gloves combine a dipped nitrile or latex base palm with sewn-on impact and reinforcement features — delivering heavy-duty mechanical protection with the production efficiency of a dipped glove. A rugged sandy or foamed nitrile palm provides oil resistance and a sure grip, while stitched TPR strips across the back of hand add impact and pinch protection at a lighter overall weight than full sewn construction. They offer ANSI/ISEA 138 impact performance (up to Level 2 on reinforced models) in a more breathable, higher-throughput format — a strong value choice for large-volume industrial and construction programs.
Applications: Construction and infrastructure work, heavy logistics and cargo handling, mining support, utility and field maintenance, oil and gas general operations, automotive heavy repair, demolition support, and general heavy-industrial handling where impact resistance plus grip and oil resistance are needed at scale.
Production Capacity: Palm coating runs on our 4 nitrile/latex dipping lines (1.6 million pairs/month total capacity), with thumb-crotch reinforcement from our 4 thumb-crotch coating lines (960,000 pairs/month). Back-of-hand TPR strips and reinforcement patches are then applied in our sewing workshops. This hybrid dipped-and-sewn model scales quickly for large orders while still delivering mechanical impact protection.
Service Advantage: Coating material (nitrile foam / sandy nitrile / latex), TPR guard layout and impact level can all be specified to match the required ANSI or EN rating. Ideal for high-volume OEM orders — fast lead times, stable quality and flexible minimums across a range of impact and grip configurations.
