Heat Resistant Dotted Gloves

    information to be updated

Product Introduction: Heat-resistant dotted gloves pair an aramid or heat-blend knitted liner with a pattern of silicone dots across the palm and fingers. The raised silicone dots create a secure, non-slip grip on hot, smooth or oily surfaces, while the knit body stays breathable and flexible. They offer a noticeable step up in heat protection versus plain knit gloves, with better grip and abrasion resistance — ideal for workers who need heat resistance and dexterity in equal measure. Rated for contact heat and hot-handling tasks per EN407 standards.
Applications: Commercial bakery and oven tray handling, hot food processing lines, glass and metal hot-part transfer, welding support and rod-handling tasks, injection-molding part removal, BBQ and grilling operations, and any environment where workers frequently pick up and move moderately hot objects.
Production Capacity: Finished on our dedicated silicone dotted line — 240,000 pairs/month — with aramid or heat-blend liners fed directly from our knitting section. Dot density, dot size and palm coverage can all be adjusted per application.
Service Advantage: Silicone dot pattern, liner material and heat grade fully specifiable; food-contact grade silicone formulations available for bakery and food processing customers.
