PU Coated Gloves

Product Introduction: Polyurethane (PU) coated gloves bring feather-light precision to delicate work. An ultra-thin, supple PU coating — applied to the palm or just the fingertips — sits on a fine 13-gauge or 18-gauge nylon/polyester liner, delivering tactile sensitivity so refined that workers can handle tiny components as if wearing barely there protection. Smooth, lint-free and cool to the hand, with ESD anti-static and touchscreen-compatible options, they elevate fine assembly work from protected to productive.
Applications: The glove of choice for electronics assembly, PCB handling, precision engineering, automotive component inspection, cleanroom-adjacent tasks, quality control, light packaging and any environment where fingertip sensitivity, cleanliness and dry grip are essential.
Production Capacity: 3 PU palm-dipping lines (600,000 pairs/line → 1,800,000/month) plus 2 PU finger-dipping lines (400,000 pairs/line → 800,000/month), totaling 2.6 million pairs/month — one of our largest coated glove capacity blocks.
