Mechanical Sewing Gloves

Product Introduction: Mechanical sewing gloves are built around full cut-and-sew construction — molded TPR impact guards are stitched across the back of hand and knuckles, a split cowhide leather palm is sewn in for abrasion and puncture resistance, thumb crotch is reinforced, and an extended canvas or safety cuff completes the assembly. Every protective component is precision-sewn onto a durable knit or leather-composite liner, creating a glove that absorbs impact, resists abrasion and stands up to the roughest heavy-industry environments. Our highest impact-rated models achieve ANSI/ISEA 138 Level 2 back-of-hand impact protection.
Applications: Oil and gas drilling and rig operations, mining and tunneling support, heavy machinery operation and mechanic work, construction and demolition, material handling with heavy or sharp loads, railroad and utility maintenance, shipyard work, and any heavy-duty task where back-of-hand impact, pinch injuries and abrasion are constant risks.
Production Capacity: Manufactured across 4 dedicated sewing workshops with a team of 40 experienced sewing operators. Standard TPR impact gloves average approximately 100 pairs per operator per day; output adjusts based on model complexity — simpler two-piece sewn styles run higher, while full-feature gloves with leather palm, TPR guards, reinforced thumb crotch and extended cuffs require more sewing stations per pair and run at a lower daily rate. The multi-workshop layout allows parallel production across several models at once.
Service Advantage: TPR guards, leather palm material, thumb-crotch reinforcement, cuff style and impact level are all configurable — including our reference model C0301I. Impact performance can be tuned up to ANSI/ISEA 138 Level 2; custom logo, color and packaging options are available for OEM and private-label programs.
