Heat Resistant Coated Gloves

    information to be updated

Product Introduction: Heat-resistant coated gloves deliver the highest level of thermal protection in our range. A full silicone or neoprene coating — applied as palm dip, 3/4 dip or full dip — forms a continuous heat-shielding skin over an aramid or blended heat liner. Silicone coatings excel at high contact-heat resistance and non-stick release, while neoprene coatings add oil resistance and moderate heat protection for tougher industrial environments. Together they cover everything from foundry splash protection to sustained hot-part handling, tested to EN407 contact heat and flame resistance levels.
Applications: Foundry and metal casting support, welding and fabrication shops, hot forging handling, glass manufacturing and loading, industrial oven operations, petrochemical hot work, heavy equipment maintenance with hot components, and high-temperature material handling across heavy industry.
Production Capacity: Supported by our 1 silicone dipping line (350,000 pairs/month) plus 2 dedicated neoprene dipping lines (50,000 pairs/line → 100,000 pairs/month), all paired with in-house aramid liner knitting for a fully integrated heat-glove production flow.
Service Advantage: Silicone and neoprene processes both in-house, with adjustable coating thickness, dip depth, cuff length and liner insulation layer — enabling custom heat ratings from moderate contact heat up to heavy foundry-grade protection.
