Product Introduction: Nitrile (NBR) coated gloves are the workhorse of modern industrial hand protection — tough against oil, abrasion and puncture, yet surprisingly comfortable for long shifts. We offer a full family of finishes: a silky smooth surface for general handling, airy foam and micro-foam for breathability and cushioned grip, a rugged sandy texture for wet and oily conditions, and precision beaded dots for enhanced anti-slip performance. Mounted on nylon, polyester or HPPE liners from 10 to 18 gauges, they adapt seamlessly to every demanding workday.
Applications: Trusted across automotive lines, machinery maintenance, oil and gas support operations, logistics hubs, construction sites, metal handling facilities and general assembly floors. Nitrile-dotted variants shine in warehouse picking, carton handling and any dry-to-damp environment where a secure, non-slip hold matters most.
Production Capacity: 4 nitrile/latex dipping lines (400,000 pairs/line → 1,600,000/month) plus 4 nitrile beaded/dotted lines (240,000 pairs/line → 960,000/month), with foam, smooth and sandy formulations — total nitrile capacity around 2.56 million pairs/month.
