WHY ERGONOMICS
MATTERS
Wearing poorly fitted gloves for extended periods doesn’t just slow you down—it’s a
leading
contributor to hand fatigue and work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs).
Ergonomic
design exists for one reason: to strike the optimal balance between protection and
all-day
comfort.
OUR ERGONOMIC
DESIGN PRINCIPLES
-
/ Restore the natural curve of human hands.
When relaxed, human hands naturally form a 70°-80° semi-clenched curve.
Conventional gloves force hands to strain against this natural shape,
causing fatigue at the thumb web and pressure soreness on fingertips.
SINCERE builds a pre-curved 3D model for every glove style. The thumb
web depth, finger gap angles and fingertip dimensions are all verified
via biomechanical testing.
3D Ergonomic Design
-
/ One size doesn't fit all. We tailor solutions to yours.
Through long-term cooperation with CAT, PIP and other leading brands, SINCERE has built a hand-shape database covering multiple regional markets. We collect core parameters including palm width, palm length, middle finger length and thumb web span to tailor glove patterns for targeted regional markets.
Extensive Hand Shape Database
-
/ Disperse operational impact to secure full safety.
For heavy-duty gripping, tool vibration and high-friction work scenarios, we adopt a zoned force-bearing structure. It redistributes concentrated impact loads evenly across the palm. Combined with precision anti-slip palm textures and reinforced construction on high-wear zones (thumb web, fingertips), our design cuts slipping and scratch hazards while retaining full hand dexterity.
